Welcome to the data.ai Community!

We believe in the power of peer-to-peer sharing, fostering a positive and helpful culture, and ensuring a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

In this article, we would like to emphasize the role of community moderation and provide you with valuable insights on how we maintain a helpful, respectful and engaging environment.

Peer-to-Peer Sharing:
At the heart of our community lies the principle of peer-to-peer sharing. We encourage members to exchange knowledge, experiences, and ideas in a collaborative manner. Whether you're seeking advice, sharing a success story, or exploring innovative concepts, this platform provides the perfect space for connecting with like-minded individuals.

Account-Specific and Technical Questions:
If you have any account-specific or technical questions related to our platform, we have a dedicated support team ready to assist you. Please reach out to the data.ai support team, who will promptly address your concerns and provide the necessary guidance. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless user experience. If you create a community post, your post will be converted into a Support Case. The data.ai support team will then work with you one-on-one via email.

Community Suggestions Forum:
We value your input and believe that the community should have a voice in shaping its features and functionality. To facilitate this, we have created the Community Suggestions forum. If you have any ideas, requests, or feedback on how we can improve our platform, please feel free to post in the forum. Our team regularly monitors these suggestions and considers them for future enhancements.

Community Guidelines:
To ensure that our community functions smoothly and in accordance with our principles, we have established a set of guidelines. These guidelines outline the expectations for behavior, content, and interactions within our community. We strongly recommend all members familiarize themselves with these guidelines to create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. You can find the community guidelines here.

Creating a Positive and Helpful Culture:
We firmly believe in fostering a positive and supportive culture within our community. By adopting a respectful tone and sharing insights in a friendly manner, we can cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to participate. If you see a post that goes against the community guidelines, please “report” it by clicking the three dots in the lower right hand corner of the post and selecting “report.”

Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Language:
To maintain the integrity of our community, we have a strict policy against the use of inappropriate language or content. We kindly request all members to refrain from engaging in any form of abusive, offensive, or derogatory language. By treating each other with respect and dignity, we can create a safe and welcoming space for all.

If a member goes against the community guidelines, there is a three strike rule:

  • Strike one: A member’s post is removed and they are notified why via email and direct message.
  • Strike two: A member’s post is removed and their account is suspended for one week. The member is contacted via email and direct message.
  • Strike three: A member’s post is removed and their account is permanently suspended. The member is contacted via email and direct message.

Conclusion:
Our community thrives on the power of peer-to-peer sharing, a positive and helpful culture, and the collective efforts of its members. By adhering to the community guidelines, respecting one another, and engaging in meaningful discussions, we can create an inspiring space for learning, collaboration, and growth. Together, let's continue building a vibrant and supportive community that benefits us all!
