Terms of service

These terms (“data.ai Community Terms”) apply to your access to and use of a web-based community forum hosted by data.ai (“data.ai Community”). All capitalized terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the data.ai Terms of Service. By agreeing to these data.ai Community Terms you agree to the data.ai Community Guidelines and data.ai Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these data.ai Community Terms and either the data.ai Community Guidelines or the data.ai Terms of Service, these data.ai Community Terms shall govern with respect to your use of the data.ai Community.

1. Responsibility for Content

You are fully responsible and liable for the content that you post to the data.ai Community. You shall not distribute viruses or content that gives you unauthorized access to data.ai systems or data.ai Community members’ systems. You shall not distribute copyrighted material. You shall not share:

1. phone numbers;
2. email addresses;
3. physical addresses;
4. financial information; and
5. government identification

In addition to these data.ai Community Terms, content that you post to the data.ai Community shall also be considered User Submissions under the data.ai Terms of Service.

2. Conduct

You must treat data.ai Community members with respect. You shall not post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, threatening, abusive, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the data.ai Community. You shall not use software, bots, devices, scripts, or other automated means to access, scrape, crawl, or post to the data.ai Community. Please do your best to stay on topic to ensure that the data.ai Community is a useful resource for you and other data.ai Community members.

3. Advertising and Spam

You shall not post content to the data.ai Community that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation. You may not use the data.ai Community as a lead-generating channel.

4. Disclaimer

Content posted to the data.ai Community is the sole responsibility of the person posting the content. data.ai is not responsible for this content and, for clarity, does not warrant accuracy, reliability, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or quality of any content that appears in the data.ai Community. You bear all risks associated with the content. data.ai will not be liable in any way for the data.ai Community or any content within the data.ai Community.

5. Monitoring

data.ai may monitor the data.ai Community, although it has no obligation to do so. data.ai may copy and use content posted to the data.ai Community for any lawful purpose.

6. Suspension

data.ai may suspend your account and remove any content at any time if data.ai determines that your conduct or content breaches the data.ai Community Terms and any other guidelines or conditions, including the Community Guidelines, communicated through postings by data.ai on the data.ai Community.

7. Copyright

If you believe anything in the data.ai Community infringes your copyright, you must notify data.ai in accordance with the Copyright Dispute Policy.

8. Single Account

You may not register for or use more than one account..

9. Third Parties

Any communications that you receive from third parties, including data.ai Community members, are not sent on behalf of data.ai and data.ai disclaims all responsibility for such communications.

10. Feedback

We own all right, title, and interest in and to any input, suggestions, ideas, reviews, recommendations, corrections, comments, or other feedback regarding the Services posted on the data.ai Community by you or any other data.ai Community member (“Feedback”). To the extent you retain any rights in any Feedback, you hereby assign such rights to us and expressly agree that we may use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose. You may not use Feedback posted on the data.ai Community by you or any other data.ai Community member without the express written consent of data.ai.

11. Modifications

We may make changes to the data.ai Community Terms or data.ai Community Guidelines (collectively, the “Terms”) at any time. Your access to and use of the data.ai Community after we publicly post or otherwise make available to you a modified version of the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. Disputes related to the Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Terms that were in effect at the time the dispute arose.

12. Survival

Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11 of these data.ai Community Terms shall survive any expiration or termination.
