I know many industries think about day 0 differently: first order, the first time a specific feature is used, when they sign up for an account. Really interested to see how others are defining this internally at their company!

I work in a retail e-commerce industry. We usually use retention to understand if our strategy of keeping our costumer interested and engaged is working. Retention will be related with our sortment and the higher retentions can mean and become higher frequency of orders.
